random computer restart

My computer will randomly restart into bios or blue screen, but only when the computer is on for 10 minutes or less after that it's fine. Is it my psu because it is a prebuilt pc amd about 8 years old.

Did you clean your CPU fan and also if you did try cleaning the PSU and if you leave your pc on overnight the PSU is probably dying
