I'm new to PC gaming as a whole and I just want to know if my build so far is actually good.

GPU: Asus ROG gtx 1070 strix
Ram: crucial ballistix sport Lt (2×8gb)
Motherboard: Asus z170-pro 1151 lga atx
PSU: EVGA superNOVA 850W
Case: Rosewill blackhawk mid tower ATX
Storage: Seagate sshd 1tb

And this is what I have so far. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It's not bad. But if you are getting the K version, you will need an aftermarker cooler since it does not come with one. I recommend the Hyper 212 EVO as it is not expensive and gets the job done. It is a little big, but like I said, it gets the job done. Also 850W is more than you need. Unless you plan on throwing another GPU in there, 650 will do you just fine.

Other than that, it looks good to me.
