I've been having a problem with my drivers.
A Video That Shows What Was Happening If You Don't Want To Read, But it won't be as descriptive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=29xDF1gvrzU& NOTE: If you are watching the video, skip to 2:34 when you are at the part when it is loading
Today, I wiped my PC's C Drive, so when I logged in after wiping my data, I had a black border all around the screen, that's happened to me before, all I had to do was install my drivers, I went on the AMD website and downloaded the program to automatically detect what drivers you are supposed to install for your GPU. I used it, and it loaded up the driver installation, all was well so far, I only installed the AMD Display Driver and AMD Settings, everything was fine, until at the end of the download, it said "AMD software and drivers have not been installed. Installation complete (warning occured during installation) view the log for details." I looked at the log, it said this

Error messages

After that, I clicked restart now, because it prompted me to, and then I checked if the drivers were installed, and it said they weren't.

Some Specs:
GPU: ASUS R7 240 2GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3ghz quad core
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3
OS: 64 bit Windows 8.1

EDIT: I tried installing older drivers, and they still didn't work, so I rebooted my system after that, and then the black bars were gone, but I still have no drivers.

Solution
Install the chipset and other motherboard drivers first, make sure Windows update runs. Then uninstall the AMD software that was already installed and try it again.
