What could I improve?

I frequently play Rust, and I see anywhere from 30-80 fps averaging around 50 at lower settings. I was wondering what in my build I could improve to hit 60 at high settings. When I try high settings at 1080p I usually get about 30-40 fps.

Possible upgrades: (upgraded price minus current used price)

GTX 750ti - GTX 1050ti: $50-$60 upgrade

FX6300- FX6350: $30 upgrade

8GB Crucial Ballistix sport 1600mHz- 16GB Crucial Ballistix sport 1600mHz: $40 upgrade

Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro- Windows 10 Home: $90 upgrade because I can't sell operating system

I need to know what you guys think would give me the most improvement for the money, or if I should upgrade all 3 as I'll be getting some money soon.

I recommend upgrading to a 1050 Ti and an FX 8-core chip. Which 8-core I'd recommend depends on whether you have an aftermarket cooler or not. If you do, then you don't need anything more than an FX 8320, but if you don't then it'd be a good idea to get an FX 8370 with the new Wraith stock cooler. Also check your motherboard's CPU support list (or just post your mobo here) to make sure it supports the 125W FX chips.

Go for a better CPU but I would suggest to go to Intel instead of AMD because to over all quality and the performance even though the numbers that AMD put on the box will be higher then Intel. For example, I have a I5-4430 which is a 3.0 GHz card compared to your 3.5 GHz card but the Intel is rated at a 8.5 and yours at a mere 5.8. So i would upgrade to a new processor just go with Intel.

do not lost your time and money with amd cpu...
go to the right way..go intel
i doubt a lot the new zen will be as good as intel so..
