I have a ASRock Z170 Extreme6+ motherboard. (Manual: ftp://europe.asrock.com/Manual/QIG/Z170%20Extreme6+_multiQIG.pdf)
The connectors I'm unshore on on my case are H.D.DLED, Power SW and Reset SW all of which are 2 pin.
How do they attach to the motherboard?

Solution
For Power SW and Reset SW, polarity does not matter (connect them to PWRBTN and GND, respectively RESET and GND).
For LEDs, polarity does matter. If LED not working, reverse polarity.

If you go to page 26 of that manual it has a diagram of what each set of pins is for. Just slide the connectors on to the pins... it should be pretty simple.

If it's not obvious, we're going to need some pictures of the connectors on the case wires

They should be labeled. If those labels have worn off you would have to follow the wire back to the device to which it is connecteed. The motherboard leads should also be labeled.

HDD light to HDD light er LED. Power switch to Power Switch. Reset Switch to reset switch.

Lastly the polarity has to be right. + to + and - to minus. One pin is the pos. and the other neg..

The diagram for those leads is located in the bottom right of page 3 of that manual.
