I have this configuration:
AMD Athlon II X2 250, 3.0GHz
MSI GF615M-P33 (MS-7597)
8 GB Kingston DDR3 1600MHZ (MB support 1333MHZ)
ATI Radeon HD 5670, 1GB DDR5

I have overclocked my CPU with stock cooler and PSU(500W). Now speed is 3.5ghz!
All values are the same like before overclocking (Vcore is 1.376, and used power is 61,60W, system fan works at 3198 RPM). I set multiplier at 14, and HT lint goes from 800MHZ to 1000MHZ. Also I set the same NB frequency (2005MHZ, like stock). When I start test with linX at one moment cpu speed was 21000MHZ!!!

My question is: Is that values ok? And is it normal speed on linX test 21GHz?

Please help!

Make sure you set your voltage manually. If it is left on auto under a heavy load it could jump well out of the safe range (most motherboards are bad about it.. even high end ones.)

Run your stress tests for an extended amount of time and keep an eye on the temps as much as possible throughout.

Thank you Faktion! I will try to set up voltage manually. I think that is set up to auto, but I will check that. I have run tests for two hours (linX), and temperature of CPU was max 50 c, and voltage was 1.378, didn't go higher than that. Only speed of CPU goes to 21ghz. When I play games everything is fine, even speed of CPU (3,5ghz).

Which voltage should I set 1,378 or higher?
