If it were me I'd probably go with the Acer with the 1050. Mainly because because I like Nvidia cards personally. Just keep in mind that you're going to get extremely cheap components in either machine. That's the biggest downside to budget gaming builds like these; you're going to end up with a $35 mobo, a $25 PSU...etc. While this is no guarantee that this stuff will fail it is something you need to keep in mind. And one more thing: I bought a super budget gaming PC 4 years ago (a CyberPowerPC rig) and aside from having to RMA it and get a new CPU installed the thing is still working. And after I slapped a GTX 750 ti in it I was getting pretty decent Xbox 360 quality gaming out of it. And it cost a fair deal more than $400. I say this to let you know that budget builds like this are viable entry level systems that can last a while and give you decent gaming experiences.
