Hello, I am wondering how much I can possibly overclock my CPU, and how exactly to do so.

Specs:
AMD FX 6350 Black Edition
MSI GTX 1070
970 GAMING AM3+ ATX Motherboard
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2

Let me know if you need anything else, thanks in advance!

Yeah, you'll definitely want a better one if you wish to take it further. Cryorig H7 is my personal favorite because it's a nice quiet good performing cooler for $30. Not the greatest but darn fine. Case needs a decent gap between the motherboard and size to fit it though (~150mm)

Noctua D14, U12S, U14S, etc. are also quite good fan coolers. There's a large army of good ones.

I don't recommend water cooling personally, expensive and more stuff that could break.
What is "970 Gaming AM3+"
Gigabyte? MSI?

I gotta know so I can check out the VRM's and power phases and stuff. Generally what you gotta do is turn off power saving stuff in the BIOS, then work on bumping up your multiplier .1 GHz until it blue screens while under stress. Then you add voltage a click, and continue till it blue screens again. Repeat until the temperatures are too high, then bring it down to a safer level and keep it at that.
