Phone stuck on boot screen

Hi, i've recently bough a Huawei Ascend Y6. Today after i charged it (it was turned off) i turned it on and it was just stuck on the Huawei logo screen, i've tried hard reseting it and it didn't work, pls help!

take out battery if dirty clean it or reseat it
if you see water inside put in a bag of rice for 48 hours
if you use a sd card take it out clean and put it back in

This didn't work out for me but still thanks for the sugestions and i hope this helps someone else

and i'm going to return the phone to the store that I bought it from in hopes that they can fix it
