I am looking to build a new PC for the primary purposes of gaming and casual use.
It will be made from new parts and some recycled parts, which are now 2 years old.

Here's my current build plan:

Fractal Design Define R5 ATX Midtower
Corsair CX750M 750watt PSU
ASUS Z97-PRO Gamer S1150 ATX
Intel quadcore i5 4590 (3.3ghz) - (recycled, 2 years old)
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO
Windows 10 Home 64
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2x4GB - (recycled, 2 years old)
GTX 1070 (undecided)
1x 250GB SSD, 2x 1TB HDD storage (recycled, 2 years old)

Here are my main questions:

Will the i5 4590 cpu bottleneck a GTX 1070 gpu?
Will its age & use with a factory cooler likely cause reliability issues?
What is your preferred GTX 1070 aftermarket brand?

I much prefer the blower styled models such as the ASUS Turbo and MSi Aero, as I feel the red streaks and X's on many of the Open Air aftermarket cards are just marketing distractions. However I am concerned with the blower style temperatures. This leads me to lean towards an ASUS Strix O8G.

What are your thoughts on this? Thanks!

Solution
i5-4590 will not bottleneck

If by factory cooler you mean the stock Intel one, if it's not been overclocked (which it hasn't as it isn't a k processor), then it will be fine.

MSI make a good card, but Gigabyte have great customer service. I would have advised EVGA but I'd hold off for now with the whole fire situation. Blower cards are not as good in ordinary cases, flat out. Open-air is the best for you, such as the MSI 1070 Gaming X.

Solution
gigabyte have the fastest gaming performance one ...but cooling?
msi have good quality card ..but not the fastest gaming performance but average cooling solution
evga seem to bypass quality this year to save somes penny

i suggest the zotac amp extreme for the best cooling system and average speed gaming
