I have a R7 250X, which is basically just a rebranding of the HD 7770. It runs pretty flawlessly with 1120 MHz on the core and 1337 MHz on the memory. (after some voltmodding in the cards BIOS)

You might set yourself a goal at around 1100 MHZ Core and 1250-1300 MHz Memory and then proceed in small steps of around 5 MHz. Do a stability test after each increase. (I'd actually suggest Furmark here. Yes it stresses the chip way more than any actual game, but it's a good way to be sure the temperatures are fine)

Once you reach a point of instability, go 5-10 MHz back to have some headroom and test with your...
