Time to upgrade my I7 3770k?

With Christmas I'm going to have some money to spend so I was wondering if it's worth it to change my CPU - MB and RAM
At the moment i I have I7 3770k , Asus P8 Z77-V Pro and 16 GB corsair 1600

It really depends on what you want to do, but most likely your CPU is not your bottleneck....nor the RAM. A new great screen, an extra screen a new graphics card or a new fast NVMe SSD makes more sense..
