Okay, so I've been gaming for a while now and would like to livestream my games through Twitch.tv. I'm very new and clueless about anything really. I would like to build a decent streaming PC capable of 1080p at 30fps. I mainly play PS4 and would like to broadcast my gameplay and also be able to use this streaming PC to game as well. My internet connection is over 100mbps, I also bought an AverMedia Capture HD. I mainly play FPS shooters such as the new Call of Duty, Rainbow Six: Siege, and GTA V. This is my first time building a PC. The budget is limited to $1000 and I don't want to mess it up. Any help I can get would be amazing. Thanks a ton.

If you're wondering why I put the 6700k in instead of the 6700, it's $10 cheaper and has higher clock speeds, I would have included a cooler anyway due to the high load streaming puts on the processor.
I assume you're not overclocking?

I don't plan to overclock right now but I might in the future. But, if the price of the i7 6700k is $10 more, I might as well consider it. My next question would be what would be a good cooling system for the i7 6700k?

I'm trying to buy all the parts right now, and since the video card is sold out everywhere, I was wondering if you could recommend a slightly better one for a bout the same price or a little bit more? I'm trying to order everything at once. Thanks.

Try the 1070. A bit more expensive but outperforms the 1060 by a lot.
