Windows 7 boot up at welcome screen for long time

Do you have a mechanical drive (HDD) or an SSD? What is the model of the drive?

Windows 7 doesn't boot that fast - even on SSD.
Fast boot is available on windows 8,8.1,10 only.
30s boot time for windows 7 is normal.
1-2s could be waking up from sleep, but not booting.

Hi D_Know i have kingston 120gb ssd and wd my book 2tb external hdd. When i have external hdd plugged in it takes much longer to load pc (bios loads slower and windows too). When i unplug external hdd it pc boots up in 12 seconds when plugged 43.

Well, then you need to back up the important data stored on your external WD drive then, until you sort this out.

In many cases, some issues related to secondary storage could cause longer boot times.
