I have had this problem since I got my HDD changed for an SSD and the guy installed Windows 7 on my computer (used to have Win 10). When I tried to run Office, I got the error "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1.0.dll is missing".
I have read that Windows Update should solve it but when I ran it, the bar kept on loading but nothing happened even when I left it on for hours. Same problem happened when I tried to use a Windows Update Standalone Installer.
Could you please help me with my problem?
