Want to build a PC for Gaming/Workstation(800$-900$)

Hi guys
I am planning to build a Gaming/Workstation which can run moba/mmorpg games on max setting(LOL,wow,etc) as well as programmes such as unity3d,maya and the other good stuff.
My budget is around 800-900 us dollars.
It my build for collage since ill be doing Game art/design/Programmin.
Would really appreciate the suggestions.
