I have a10-7860 and planning to upgrade adding gtx 1060 card is this good for me?

It's definitely an upgrade but the CPU may bottleneck this card (won't be able to take full advantage of a 1060). What kind of games you plan on playing is also going to be a key determinant in your experience.

Either one of these would do well: Intel CPU Core i7 3770 3.4 GHz / AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz
but for the minimum go for a Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz or a AMD CPU Phenom II X4 940
