Hey there again, @bhoiparesh59!

I'd advise you to try plugging this 4 TB HDD of yours in another PC as well, if you have access to one. Check how this hard drive would get recognized as a secondary storage there. Since the system is unable to get it recognized, as I already mentioned, it's highly recommended to swap the SATA cable connecting the drive to the motherboard and also switching the SATA port. Make sure that the drive is properly mounted inside. If you need assistance with this open the hyperlink in my previous post (How to Mount your SATA Drive) and follow the instructions there.

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, @bhoiparesh59!

Can you please share more details about your system specs and PC configuration? Do you have another drive booting into the OS or is this 4 TB HDD your primary HDD and you are currently trying to install an OS on it?
If it's a secondary drive and it's not listed anywhere in Windows, but only visible in the BIOS, I'd recommend you try swapping the SATA cable and the SATA port where the HDD is currently connected to the motherboard of your computer. You should make sure that it's also connected to the PSU(Power Supply Unit) via the Molex cable. If you need any assistance with the physical installation of the drive, refer to this guide on How to Mount your SATA Drive.

Posting some screenshots from Disk Management in Windows would be truly helpful!

Since it's a 4 TB HDD, you need to remember to initialize the hard drive in GPT (Guid Partition table), otherwise you won't be able to use more than 2.2 TB of its capacity. Here's an article about the difference between MBR (Master Boot Record) & GPT (GUID partition Table), if you are interested in the additional info.

Keep me posted with the details, though.

Let me know how the HDD shows afterwards. Keep me posted with any questions regarding these procedures.
Good luck!
