Solution
Actually the prices keep fluctuating a lot. You will seldom find them stable over a long period of time. Seasonic S12II is a very good unit and if you get that cheaper you should go for it. This should give you some idea... http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
But make sure you install the cooler or else your chip might get damaged. Beside that your rig is pretty much fine. Addition of a SSD should make it faster though.
You cannot run that cpu without an aft cooler as it doesnt come with one. Refined your build a bit including a cooler, psu and ssd. The SSD included should make your pc superfast in terms of load times adding much more value. Ditch it though if you are tight on budget.

prices that you quoted are less than actually shown on amazon

actual prices of parts quoted by u on amazon india-
cpu cooler- 2399
mobo- 11900 including delivery charges
memory- 8399
ssd- might install after 2-3 months
vga- 21852
case- 4807 + 5058 delivery charges :ouch::ouch:....delivery charges are more than the actual price of the case itself

i am happy with my rig....the only thing that bothers me is the power supply...
corsair cxm 550 is very expensive here in india....
even seasonic is cheaper
SEASONIC S12II SERIES 620W /80+ BRONZE
http://mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=4911

should i go for seasonic? is this psu good for this build?
or any other cheaper alternative is available?

about the cooler i am confused between these three-
deepcool gammaxx 400 (as suggested by u)- INR 2399 from amazon india
cooler master hyper 212x- INR 2990 from amazon india
or deepcool lucifer v2- approx INR 4000 from the local market

which one is good in terms of price to performance ratio?
