GA-H87M-D3H BSOD/Freeze when GPU inserted

Here's my setup bought altogether in 2012 and was working fine
Gygabyte ga-h87m-d3h
Intel I5 4670
samsung evo 840
ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 1075MHZ 2GB 6.0GHZ
XFX Pro 750W Black Edition
G.SKILL F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL Ripjaws X 16GB 2X8GB Kits
Windows 7 64bit

New Item Cooler master cpu heatsink revert back to stock without luck

For few time now I got BSOD and freeze crash ramdomly when browsing.
I did gaming and the system was stable.
When I run on the iGPU system is stable
I even got error from one fresh install saying something like the driver was not found please insert...

Troubleshooting to date
Fresh reinstall no luck
Update driver no luck
Update Bios no luck
I have stress test bot GPU and CPU and both are fine and temp OK
tried another SSD no luck
Tried another GPU (amd 7750) no luck
Tried another PCI slot and PC won't boot

BSOD stop code I got so far are
F4 few times
7B once

I really need helps to figure what's wrong!

Hello... 1) Win7 install requires MB AHCI hardware driver "IF" your MB setting is ACHI vs IDE mode... try an install in IDE mode as a "simple test"
2) Your MB Bio's needs to be set for ext PCIe graphics (save&exit) before installing the GPU card. I suggest installing the GPU card after the Windows install is complete and happy... use the CPU/GPU for trouble shooting your current problems first.
