1080p, Everything is maxxed out execpt for frame scaling mode.

Few notes: I do have a coilwhine although I suppose that doesn't effect anything?\
GTA V is on my harddisk and not SSD.

I'm getting 50-FPS - 70 FPS on cities, and 30 FPS on grassy mountains, should I be preforming better?

A ugly ass low-cost samsung monitor. @ 60 hz, no I do get 90 fps sometimes so it's not capped and I do not have v-sync on.

Would you recommend switching to Windows 7 from Windows 10?

I feel like its as heavy as a truck.

IF you really feel like changing then yes. If not, no. Keep the W10 it will be better later on, maybe upgrade for PRO edition or format it making a clean install to remove any unwanted software.

Probably there's some driver issues, try to delete all of your AMD or NVIDIA drivers completely and then re-install only the most updated ones from NVIDIA.

Are any heat coming from your PC, it could be overheating if you didn't properly set your Cooler. Check your PC temps with HW-Monitor software.

I did re-install my drivers and nothing changed, if anything did then I'm getting more crashes/bluescreens.

I'm getting 40 Celsius at normal load/idle load, for example when I'm typing this I'm not playing any game, I only have word document and Mozilla Firefox working with Skype at 38 Celcius degrees.

36 Degrees Celcius for my CPU at idle load.
