hi everyone i just encounterd a problem with my pc:
so i was playing overwatch and the pc froze as i couldnt do anything /ctrl alt del wouldnt work) so after few secs the pc rebooted itself and now the pc would work but the screen was black.
so i tried to understand what happend and who's foult was. so i tried to reset the motherboard (removing the battery for 30 min) but no positive results, and when i removed the gpu i could see the monitor turning on. so now that i understood that the gpu was the origin of this error i want to understand why it did this.
when i turn on the pc (with the gpu attached) the fans begin to spin and then stop immediaetly, i also have to say that i played for about 2 months whit the same settings becouse i upgraded my specs that time ago.
my suggest would be the psu but when i build the pc i went on a lot of sites to see if my power supply wold be enough, and it was...

pc:

psu: coolermaster 600w
gpu: zotac gtx 1070 8gb
cpu: intel i5-6400 2,7 ghz socket 1151
motherboard: msi h170 gaming m3
ram: 16 gb
storage: ssd 128gb and hdd 500gb
OS: windows 10 home x64

if u need more info dont esitate to ask.

PS: sorry if i made any grammar/ etc mistake (i'm not native speaker) and ty in advance :)

Solution
Because you don't list what model the PSU is, I can't say the PSU is good or not. 600w does not tell you the whole story about the PSU, you want to see the +3.3V, +5V, and +12V numbers are good or not. You should go into the BIOS, hardware monitor section to check out those voltages, and compared the "Voltage Tolerances". You want to see they are within +/- 5% range. PSU Voltage Tolerances https://www.lifewire.com/power-supply-voltage-tolerances-2624583

If those voltages are not good, buy other good brand PSU 500W or up, the good brand is like XFX, seasonic, some of evga, antec, corsair, etc. Info http://www.tomshardware.com/t/power-supplies/ because some of CM brand are very bad.

If the voltages are good, then try this:
using the onboard iGPU, and DDU to uninstall the nvidia driver in safe mode, and plug the gtx1070 back to boot the PC. If you can boot, the problem may come from the GPU driver. If you can't boot, and test the gtx1070 in other PC, because the GPU may have problem.
