Need help pick RAM

Probably a question that gets asked a lot, so I do apologise. I have a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 motherboard, which I believe takes DDR3 Ram, and a Nvidia 670 and a i54690k processor (dont think that other stuff helps). Anyway, I would just like to know what would the best RAM be to go with my system.

Any help would be great

Edit: I am upgrading from 8gb, to 16gb, so I would need two new sticks of RAM

Depends on your CPU in large part, if a K model and OCing would look to 2x8GB 2400-2666. If a non-K CPU would prob look at the 2x8GB in 2133 max. The Gskill Ripjaws X and Sniper lines are very good, the Trident X line is the best ;)
