Is it possible to install an 4th gen i7 processor and nvidia geforce gtx 960 graphics card in an Acer ATC 120 UC22? If so what would I need?

That seems to have an AMD processor, hence an AMD motherboard and thus it won't be compatible with Intel processors.

you can change out the motherboard out and get that core I5. but depending on the version of windows you have you may end of voiding your windows licence since that would be a major hardware change
