This Is My System
MotherBoard+ASUSTEK P5PKPL
CPU=Intel Pentium E5300
GPU=Radeon 4890
2g Ram

My Mum Bought It Me About 4 years Ago But It Was 2 years When We Got It And its never been upgraded since im now 15 and im gonna upgrade it but For now i want to know how i overclock the cpu and gpu also what parts to upgrade budget around 200

Well, here's list of processors that MB can use : https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5KPLAM/HelpDesk_CPU/
You'll also need more RAM memory, better GPU would also depend on which processor is used. Probably would need a PSU too. Presuming you are talking USD (why is it that almost nobody mentions that), it would be almost impossible to make any substantial upgrade for that money and would still end up with very obsolete system.
