I have a 6600k and have ordered 32gbs of 3200Mhz ram will my cpu be able to handle these speeds?

Or will i have to run it at stock settings?

Thanks

Solution
Yes it can handle it, the CPU is primary factor here, some 6600Ks can handle 3200 at stock, other may need a bit of an OC to help out the MC (memory controller)....and depending on what you do, 3200 can show great gains performance wise. You can look at stock bench marks all day long and for the most part see little different because it's doing a single thinge thing, fast DRAM excels when multi-tasking, using memory centric apps (like video/compression), running large data sets, etc.. I run 3200 and heavily multi-task daily, when I switch to a slower set, 2133/2400 even 2666 I can see a distinct difference ;)
