This is a new build that I am planning. I have already order some of the parts
Build- https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LHNgQV

-CPU will the new Kaby Lake and mobo will be a new z270
-Would it be much of a issue if I put my radiator at the top of my case? I have heard of some problems.
-Should I get a 750w psu or pay extra for a 850
-What kind of 1070 would you recommend?
-Also what are some good 1080p, 144hz, g-sync monitors that you would also recommend?

Thank you.

-Kaby Lake is a 1151 socket so it would work on the motherboard you picked. There are some new features with the new motherboards.
-Single GPU I would go with the G2 650W or the 850W if you plan on getting a second 1070 for SLI.
-Doesn't matter, pick whichever company you prefer as the differences between them are pretty mild.
-I would go with this Acer as it can be overclocked to 180hz.

The Z170 will be fine for your needs. This is only going to be a high end build. If you were going for a top end only build the extra PCIe lanes, USB ports and other features would be NECESSARY. However this is not the case. I don't see the extra expense offering you any return.

Consider my case(Vivo Titan)
WIN_20160730_10_53_19_Pro.jpg
I could install a 240mm radiator with a push configuration where my fans are currently installed. I could also install fans on top of the radiator for a push/pull configuration. Yes, that is where hot air can accumulate. However I have my 212 underneath. Install 2 fans on ther and the cooler will help to exhaust any hot air before it reaches the radiator. I have a high performance rear exhaust fan to expedite heat exhaust. That would help the radiator. I also have two fans in the front of the case. I could upgrade them to move more air, feeding the case and components more air. It's up to your case and its options. Radiator placement alone is but one part of a bigger picture.

The 1070 is efficient. It only needs a 500W PSU. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-Modular-Warranty-120-G1-0650-XR/dp/B00K85X2AW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479951282&sr=8-1&keywords=EVGA+650+supernova comes with a 10 year warranty. At 650W it is compliant with SLI recommendations. Along with its 80+ Gold efficiency rating that is the PSU I recommend.

With 10 power phases, a dual bios and many other features https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Support-Graphics-08G-P4-6276-KR/dp/B01I60OGUK/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1479951394 is my choice.
I was seeing wrong....... https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-XB241H-bmipr-1920x1080/dp/B01C05C1OK/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1479951543 is my recommendation.

I wanted to get the FTW but I read that there were heating issues with them due to the lack of thermal padding.
