First you need to buy a good power supply the EVGA G1 series is not one, get the G2 series. You can buy a full set of cables for about 90 bucks. (might find it cheaper on Amazon)

Or you can buy a 8 pin CPU, 24 pin MB and a 8 and a 6 pin video card extension . The CPU cable is less important if you run it behind the MB tray since very little can be seen.
I would change the board I never trust MSI, power supply, CPU cooler (the i7 6700K is not that dependent on thermal limits till you hit the OC wall and need to kick the voltage way up) and the WIFI. This keeps the same looks but a better looking CPU cooler for less money.
I don't approve of that case but that is a personal...
