Not sure I understand the question here - do you have the parts already or are you just putting together something from PC Part Picker? What is your budget?

Sorry I kind of worded that wrong, this is from PC Part Picker and I just wanted to hear some feedback from you guys about if it would run well and all parts would work together before I buy the hardware and build it.

It's decent. You could probably get better parts if you move things around and drop the case fans and the RGB lighting - you can always get those things as you need them. I might actually suggest a non overclock build with slightly better components overall:

It's quite expensive for the performance you'll be getting. People are kinda hating on the FX- series because they're from 2012 and since Zen is coming out in a few months, they'll be outdated. You can make an i5 +1070 for around that price.

It's $50 more expensive but you get MUCH better and much more recent components.

FX cores are slow.
FX-8350 is easily bested by a $125 i3-6100

I hope you are not thinking of raid-0 of the two ssd devices.
Raid-0 has been over hyped as a performance enhancer.
Sequential benchmarks do look wonderful, but the real world does not seem to deliver the indicated performance benefits for most
desktop users. The reason is, that sequential benchmarks are coded for maximum overlapped I/O rates.
It depends on reading a stripe of data simultaneously from each raid-0 member, and that is rarely what we do.
The OS does mostly small random reads and writes, so raid-0 is of little use there.
There are some apps that will benefit. They are characterized by reading large files in a sequential overlapped manner.

it's a nice build. the CPU cooler ain't really necessary.
also if you are to get additional case fans, I wouldn't go with the Corsair AFs. they're rather cheap yet offer little for their money (apart from stunning looks.)

so if you can bump up the budget 5-15$, I'd pick different case fans. however more than one additionally is pretty much overkill as the case comes with some halfway decent ones.

Performance-wise, I don't think you'd see a significant difference between to two builds. Personally, I'd probably go with the second build sans the computer lighting kit. IMO, it has the better power supply and more storage space.

there's no difference in performance.
the latter uses a slightly worse mainboard but adds some LED lightening
on the other hand, I do like the ASUS 1060 better, Gigabyte tends to some coil whine lately
the Corsair RMx is a far better unit than the CXM. However it's not really necessary.

The liquid cooling is really overkill for the 6500. You can get an air cooler for less than half the price of that liquid cooler. I would also consider a different power supply, as if I recall correctly, the CXM Corsair PSUs are not great, plus that one is only semi-modular.

Great might not be the ideal term, but they're decent.
Corsair CX650M PSU Review

I'd make a change to the i5-6600k, Z170 motherboard a good CPU cooler and then up the RAM to 2666Mhz or above.

Gigabyte's cooling for Pascal GPU's are very mediocre and suffer from coilwhine. It certainly wouldn't be my pick. MSI Gaming X on the other hand is decent, as are the Zotac AMP! Series and Asus ROG Strix.

I had a 6600k picked first but then I realized it was pointless becuase I never overclock and don't really plan to.

You can do HEAPS better!
The CXM is an amazing deal though.
Includes an RX 480 I found going for a great price, well worth it over the 1060 6GB and an 850 Evo 250GB SSD.
For 1080p 60Hz this is the most I would spend.
Any extra and you'd want to get a 144hz monitor.
