What CPU should I choose if i want to run is called Unraid create VM for my gaming setup pass through GPU (VT-D required) assign mouse and keyboard set a small Plex server NAS a minecraft server (for my kid) RADIUS server a apache web server and a render farm ( Nvidia Tesla C2050) all in Unraid
And What GPU should I choose (Please do not start an argument on " Nvidia Or Amd")

As many VMs as you want to create, I would recommend you buy an older dual socket workstation or motherboard/CPUs.

You didn't say you already had a motherboard. Use the motherboard vendor's website to pick from the list of supported CPUs. A Xeon may have more CPU cache, but an i7 may have a higher clock speed.
