The i3 and 750 ti by a long way. I would look at the gtx 1050 instead of the 750 ti however.

I cant bring myself to recommend low end power supplys, this is the cheapest I would go its $45. That is a very low power rig that does not need near the 520watts this psu has but I cant find any good cheap 400-450watt psu's.

Actually here is a decent cheap 450watt antec unit for $37. I would still recommend the seasonic above but this will do the job if you cant afford it.
