update a bios when (Some Intel X99 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Broadwell-E CPUs)

You have to use compatible processor for that. If you don't have supported Processor, take to Service centre for BIOS update.
They will update the BIOS.

U need a Compatible- Working Processor for that. Supported by current BIOS
