Stuck at GPU Bios information after installing new GPU!! Please Help

I thought of upgrading my PC and recently bought a new graphics card : Inno3d geforce gt 730 2gb gddr5 PCI-E 2 . But when i plugged in the GPU and fired the PC, the screen went a small underscore and then some information about the GPU BIOS showed up and then i was stuck there, the PC won't boot up. I can start up the PC when i unplug the graphics card and connect the VGA cable to the motherboard(integrated graphics {Intel hd graphics[sandy bridge]}) that Way , the computer works alright.

Msi H61m (g3) motherboard
BIOS version 1.5
8gb ddr3 1066 mhz RAM
Intel hd graphics
450w Psu
VGA
250gb HDD
Windows 8.1 Pro
64-bit

First updated my bios from 1.5 to 1.9 and then..
The pc is breathing fire with so much power with the new Gpu!
