I have alienware area 51 r2. With amd r9 200 gpu. And i use amd clean up utility to clean the grafic card driver, Coz i want to change my gpu to rx 480. And thennn i change it. And suddenly the screen tell me its no signal. And i changed it again with my r9. Still sammee. I have do cmos remove. And there is no Vga on board. Please hellp mee. And i have i7 with pure cpu. There is no apu. Please help me.

Usually when changing graphics cards I would just uninstall the old drivers, change cards, and install the new drivers. I've never used a cleanup utility.

Windows should be able to display video through a graphics card, even when no AMD drivers are installed...
