Ram cpu and mobo compatibilty

Hi guys i keep reading about ram compatibilty and im confused . I have a i5 6600k running on a z170 pro gaming mobo with 2x8gb hyperx savage 3000mhz cl15 ddr4 with 1.35v. So ive read that 1.35v on ram is too much for the i5 ? Is this even true ?
