2x GTX 260 vs GTX 950

I need help with a question and I hope you can help a noob out :wahoo:

I'm looking for a used pc for gaming as I don't play enough to spend a lot on a new pc. Anyway, I've found a guy selling a pc with 2x GTX 260 with SLI bridge (what is that?). Another guy is selling a pc with a GTX 950.

Which is better? :)

I would always go with a single strong card. GTX950 all other parts being equal.
You may win fps benchmarks with dual cards, but gameplay will be better with a single good card.
Some games do not even support dual gpu.
Then, you will be more exposed to stuttering and screen tearing because each gpu can not present frames exactly in sync.
