Hi this my first PC please take a look and say if you have any suggesetions

That CPU only supports 2133MHz RAM I think, but apart from that it looks good. You wont be able to crossfire two cards with that board and PSU but presuming you dont want to do that it looks good. You may want to consider a 10 series Nvidia card instead but the 470 is still solid for that build.

Minimum Power Supply Requirement: 500W

Motherboard supports:
2 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR4 2133 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

I would not use Ballistix Elite 2666MHz as it is not rated for 2133MHz. Maximum memory speed for H110 Chipset is DDR4 2133 MHz.
