Hello everyone, I'm looking into building a gaming PC and some help would be appreciated.
I play games like Deus Ex, Dark Souls, and other shooters

So far what I have is:
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus Z170-AR ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Case: Fractal Design Define R5 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Any advice would be appreciated, I also need a RAM recommendation.

Thanks in advance!
PS: The GPU, Case, SSD, Power Supply and Storage are locked in. Definitely getting those (ones in bold)

Solution
Any 2400MHz 2x4GB or 2x8GB kit will be fine for your RAM.... ideally the fastest speed available for a decent price.

Your CPU (and GPU) will depend on the resolution. At 1080p, and i5-6600K is all you'll need. 1440p or 4K, the i7-6700K is a great choice.

The SSDNow V300 is far from the best SSD, and an 850W PSU (although top quality) is overkill...... but those are locked in.

Solution
get ram speed of 2666mhz and up to get full potential ...and a dual channel kit

like said above the Kingston SSDNow V300 is a real toy

about the motherboard i suggest you the
Motherboard: ASRock Z170 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

for the cpu cooler a good cryorig H5 universal will be the best for an i7 6700k
