Will this psu and motherboard be compatible with the msi geforce gtx 1060 3gb.

It might not even work some of the older boards have issues with the newer cards UEFI BIOS. That board has not had a BIOS update since 2010.

Compatible? Yes.
Reliable? Not Really.

I'd greatly recommend the Seasonic S12II 620W, or 520W instead. Much better quality.
The CX's tend to be a bit wonky.

If Seasonic is unavailable, check out EVGA's G2 or B2 series, as well as XFX PRO-series and Antec.
