Recently, I had to do replace my CPU and during the process, I removed a stick of ram so I could plug in components easier. Now, when there are 2 sticks of ram in the mobo the computer would be stuck in a boot cycle (No BIOS screen, just restart) but whenever I have 1 stick of ram the computer would work fine. I know that the ram sticks aren't corrupted because I tested both sticks individually and they both work. I also tried switching up the placement of my ram sticks (Instead of 1st slot and 3rd slot I would do 2nd slot and 4th slot) and again, only one stick of ram works. My best guess is that I need to change something in my BIOS.

You may have over tightened the heatsink or the CPU isn't set will. I suggest taking the CPU out and check the pins if they all look good put the CPU back and replace the thermal paste. Try locking down your heatsink by tightning a bit going around the cpu until all are tight at a near even fastion. Dont tighten down one all the way but all slow a bit at a time.
