Hi ladies and gents,

I just have a quick question, since it is black friday specials this weekend. The FX-8300 is on special for $70, but 990fx motherboards are still pricey. Which is very cheap, but considering the motherboard have problems with 8-core processors makes it a difficult choice.
As far as I am concerned the motherboard only have problems with the 125W TDP cpus like the fx-8350.
But the FX-8300 has the same TDP of 95W as the FX-6300 I'm currently running.
I do have a aftermarket cooler (Cooler Master TX3 Evo) I don't think there might be a problem with temperatures. Most of the local pc shops sell the FX-8300 or even the FX-8350 with the 970A-G46 for a while now.
I am not planning on doing any overclocking, didn't even overclock the cpu I am running now.
So should I buy it or not?
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated :)
