Can you try to make it better in these dimensions
1.) It needs to be a mini tower because I have little room
2.) I can only buy from newegg a maximum of 500 dollars. I have alot of money on my amazon account that I will use for the CPU

Under those restrictions is it a good build?

Effectively I have no credit card, debit card, or store that sells computer parts where I live.

Here, CPU and HDD at amazon, rest at newegg.

I have no idea what you're on about tbh....
So where can you spend your money?
How much credit do you have on Amazon?
How much cash apart from that do you have?
Are you buying online or no?
