PSU Issue (Random Power Downs)

Hello all,

I've been doing some looking into my PSU lately and i think i may have found my issue, but cant really tell.

Lately while gaming (ONLY WHILE GAMING) my computer will randomly power down, attempt to reboot, and the graphics card will not boot with everything else. For a while i assumed it was my graphics card, but im not so sure now.

After swapping wires here and there with my card, it occasionally works again but inevitably it shuts down again. Then i have to troubleshoot until it decides it feels like working again.

I've been attempting to monitor my voltage, and it seems to have some drastic drops and rises. From .91v to 1.4v. It says its supposed to stay around 1.2v.

I have a Thermaltake 750W Gold 80 PSU, and have only had it about a year now.

Thoughts? Is my hunch possibly correct?

Thanks!

I did get it from software, i was unaware, thank you. I used Overdrive.

My PSU model number is TP-750AHCCG-B. Ive had it about a year to a year and a half now.

It just happened against while typing this message. Everything powered down, then rebooted except the GPU.

I got the PSU and replaced it today. But unfortunately, the issue still arises. I'm now convinced it may be the connection between my graphics card and motherboard. Ive reseated the card many times, but no good. Im going to try swapping motherboards and seeing if that fixes the issue. Thanks for your help!
