I forgot password for my laptop acer and i dnt have any back up cd to reset password. Also i m not able to access administrator account as may be it is deleted or laptop is a single user. I m trying to reinstall window 7 from dvd but not able to boot from cd.
I m getting screen boot manager and in boot option menu there are 3 option which are
1. HDD
2.ATAPI CDROM
3.NETWORK BOOT
but here arrow key is not letting to me select cdrom but i can acces HDD
Else arrow keys are working perfectly bit at this screen only none of the keyboard keys are working.
Can anybody help??
