Hey, I'm fairly New to the building my own computer world I built my first rig a few years ago and was very happy with it but I feel like it time for an upgrade.

I guess my question is what exactly should I get and what would you all recommend for my situation. With Black Friday weekend coming up should I just grab what's on sale? Should I crossfire? I feel like I need a better processor. But like I said I don't really know. Im trying to budget about 300 to spend on new parts.
Any suggestions are very appreciated
Currently:

Asus Sabertooth 990x Board

Hello LegenOfRoika,

I would recommend a better processor above all else that you have listed, the FX-4100 is considerably low spec nowadays. Personally, I would go intel and buy a Haswell motherboard and i5, much better performance compared to the FX processors. Otherwise, the FX-8000 series cpu is the best processor for your current system with the same motherboard. If you are still unsure or have any questions, I will be here and to assist.
