I'm having a real worry about my PC, I just downloaded AMD OverDrive for thermal margins as I was looking more into this and it said it was best for finding out temperatures under load and I've recently started playing Far Cry 4 on the highest settings with my CPU frequency at 3900, my CPU is a AMD FX 6350, the thermal margins keep changing from 0 to -10, they rarely go into the positive numbers and I'm guessing this is not good I don't have any other fans than the CPU Cooler and the CPU Cooler is the one that came with the CPU default, when it's idle it stays positive at 2 to 10 and I always keep the side of my case open so there is more airflow, I'm planning to get a new case in the next few days and get all the fans I can fit in there but I need some other suggestions too, also, HWMonitor on MSI Command Center says 60-70C under load, I don't know if this is helpful or not, thank you.

60-70 is a bit high in general, but given your cooling is bad that's fine. Do get a proper heatsink along with the case.
