My Ssd and hard drive was full so I decided to factory reset on windows 10. After a while it said it failed and gave me the opinion to start up windows normally. I did and now it just comes up with the msi loading screen (where you can press del to run bios and f11 for boot menu) however none of the buttons work and it just keeps going to black screen then back onto the msi loading screen like it's continuasly restarting itself. Please help!
Ps: it won't let me run bios or boot menu. None of my buttons work

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, @Cyrex98!

This sounds pretty devastating. :( I'd recommend you try to resolve the issue by resetting BIOS first. The reset will put everything back into factory default mode and, hopefully, then you will be able to go into the BIOS interface to re-configure the settings. It might also be a good idea to try putting the Recovery Disk/Windows installation media and run the Start Up Repair in the advanced options in Windows 10.

I'd also suggest you make sure you have everything properly connected inside your PC rig. There shouldn't be any loose cables or connections. It might also be a good idea to swap the SATA cables and the SATA ports where the SSD & HDD are plugged.

Hope it works...
