First of all, I have a Intel 6800k, Gigabyte X99A Ultra Gaming mobo, and H100i GTX.
When I try to connect the cooler to the cpu_fan header, the system boots up and everything, but the pump and fans aren't running. I tried to connect the cooler separately directly to the PSU and it works, so I know it's not the cooler's problem. Then I tried connecting case fans to the cpu fan header, but that didn't work as well. So, is my cpu fan header dead? If it is dead, wouldn't the motherboard prevent me from booting up?
