I have M5A78L LE Motherboard and it supports dual channel. I have 16 gigs of ram but how i put them to dual channel. i tried both slots on mobo but still cpu-z says it is single channel. sry my bad english

They need to have shared timings. Not any two sticks will support dual channel. You can manually edit the timings in the BIOS to force them to match, but better to err on the side of caution, ie slow one down to the looser settings of the other.

How many memory sticks do you have ? you haven't specified !

How many GB does show up in cpu-z? 8GB or 16GB.
If only 8GB shows up, the memory slot may have problem.
Home Premium can support up to 16GB. Do you try clear the CMOS yet?

i clear the CMOS and cpu-z says 16 gigs of ram. and it says its single channeled
