I have assembled a new gaming PC. While playing games everything goes fine for around 30min - 1hr and after that suddenly my PC freezes even ctrl+alt+del doent work, only way to recover is hard resetting. I have done many troubleshooting steps---

1) RMAed the graphic card and replaced with new one -- still freezing
2) I was using Corsair VS450 replaced it with Seasonic m12 520 EVO edition -- still freezing
3) Removed the graphic card and played Hearts of iron & cities skylines for more than 3hrs each without any freeze

Now I am clueless please anyone help me

Specs
CPU: Intel 6402p
Motherboard: Asus B150M pro gaming
GPU: Sappire Nitro + rx 480
RAM: Hyperx 8gb
PSU: Seasonic m12 520 EVO edition

No Nothing is overclocked... Temperatures are normal CPU max 55C and GPU 70-80 C
Previously I used to have Corsair VS450 I thought this is causing the freezing issue and replaced it with Seasonic but PC is freezing on this PSU too so I don't thing PSU is the issue here

That feels like a power supply going bad - it loses efficiency when heating up. Reducing the power draw circumvents the problem for now, but you should change it.

I dont think it is the PSU, because PC is freezing on both Corsair VS450 and Seasonic Mii 520. Both are brand new it is very unlikely that both PSU are gone faulty

Then it could be your motherboard - weakened/damaged capacitors are the next possible faulty link in the power supply chain. This used to be a very common problem on liquid-based capacitors, but AFAIK, solid ones may also have problems.
